Saud has over 17 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Business Operations, Channel Management, Commodity Management and Relationship Management in Financial Inclusion, e-governance, and Telecom domains. He is proficient in running business operations and has extensive experience of developing procedures, service standards & operational policies for business excellence. Saud is a graduate in Computer Application from Bhopal University and has MBA in Operations and Marketing.
Amarjeet Tiwari
Chief Technology Officer
Amarjeet is a blogger, banker, and result-oriented professional having 2 decades of experience in credit risk, assets portfolio management, payments, remittance, and cash management. He is involved in rolling out products from concept to commission for different geographies.
He has worked with industry leader banks from different geographical locations like BOA (US), United overseas bank (SG), Maybank (MY), CIMB (MY), Bank of Ayudhya (TH), ENBD (DU), HDFC, Axis Bank, BOC (SL), CBOC (SL). He is a techno-functional person with an interest in the latest technological advancements to improve the day-to-day operation and challenges of customers. He is also responsible for the technology leadership, vision, and direction to boost and serve the business operations to maximize the organizational and customer benefit.
Kamal Kishor Gupta
Head – Business Technology
Mr. Gupta is the Vice President of Software Solutions at Manipal Business Solutions. As an integral part of the Manipal Technologies leadership team, he is responsible for the growth of the FinTech sector. With his expertise in architecture solutions, design, development, and implementation across Business verticals, he is leading a learning team of technology and devising strategies for customizing products that meet the deliverable with ease.
From being an alumnus of C-DAC in Advance computing, Mr. Gupta holds the wisdom of project management from IIT-Roorkee. He is a whiz for banking, management, and market intelligence working with industry leader banks and the financial inclusion sector to provide best-in-class banking services to Bharat.
Arun Rabra
Head – Software Solutions
With over 22 years of experience in technical and management experience in building niche global technology products across multiple areas like Digital Banking, BFSI, Communication technologies, Digital service aggregation, Telecom 4G/5G – VAS (Value added service) and spanning research and development projects and product conceptualization and development.
A core techie at heart, he has filed & granted for over 9 patents that include inventions around network nodes and handset-based solutions and finance. He holds a master’s degree in computer science , G.K.V Haridwar University and has also done his executive program in business and finance from IIM - Ahmedabad.
Kavita Mitra
Head – Human Resource
Kavita has more than 22 years of experience in managing people and process with proven ability to function as a strategic HR Business Partner and develop and implement successful human resources management strategies to support corporate mandate.
Before joining MBS, she worked as Regional HR Head (North & East region) with FINO Payments Bank and McGraw-Hill India as Regional HR Specialist (Asia-Pacific Region).
She has a bachelor’s degree in Humanities (Miranda College, Delhi University), Master’s in Human Resource Development from Symbiosis, Pune and Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism from Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan, Delhi.
Dhiren V Dedhia
Head – Enterprise Solutions
Dhiren has more than 25 years of work experience in Sales and Business Development, most of which is in Banking and Finance Software Solutions vertical.
During this period, he has extensively covered Emerging Markets like South Asia, Africa, South-East Asia and Middle East carrying P&L ownership, along with people, vendors, and compliance management responsibilities.
A Sales specialist in setting new SBU’s, he was instrumental in developing new product/solution lines & entering new geographies for business growth. He has succeeded in building and maintaining business relationship with decision makers, partners and external agencies through value-based selling, meeting volumes & profitability targets with excellent level of customer retention.
Dhiren, is a Science Graduate with a Master’s in marketing management from NMIMS.
Shishir Mishra
Head – Enterprise Solutions (Technology)
A performance-Driven, Senior Technology Leader, with rich & diverse experience in software engineering, solution designing & architecture, customer delivery, and program management for Fintech businesses.
With over 20+ years of experience, Shishir has extensively worked with international clients across the UK, USA, Africa, Latin America, Middle East, Southeast Asia, and India in various areas of Mobile Wallet focusing on financial inclusion for Telcos & Banks, Digital Banking for both Neo Banks and traditional banks in enhancing their digital offerings covering Hyper personalized Omni channel banking platform across Mobile, Web, and other GEN2 channels and Digital payments focusing on close loop, open loop, NFC proximity payments and HCE (MC/Visa tokenization).
Currently heading the delivery of enterprise solutions in Manipal Business Solution for clients across the globe. Shishir is an engineering graduate from Utkal University and has completed several Executive Programs in People Management, Business Excellence & Leadership from XLRI & MDI.
